This is yet another product that deserves its very own post. A Moroccan black soap with eucalyptus scent. I would say it's one of Loelle's finest products hugging the jar. I am completely in love with this magical black soap. Once a week I treat myself to extra time in the shower with this soap and an exfoliating glove.
What exactly is a black soap?
Don't confuse this with African black soaps.
Loelle's black soap is a straightforward product with a short ingredient list and consists mostly of organic olive oil and cannot be used as a regular shower gel or body scrub. The black soap is like thick syrup, very economical and works best with a moderately rough exfoliating glove. A dab on a damp glove gives wonderfully soft lather that scrubs away dead skin cells and dirt like nothing else.Strangely enough, the soap doesn't dry out the skin. The skin becomes extremely soft, smooth, and silky. This is perfect for those with dry skin who don't want to absorb creams and oils. It's excellent to scrub with this before applying self-tanner.
