A wonderful smoothie filled with all the colors of the rainbow straight from nature's pantry.
4 dl almond or oat milk
2 dl blueberries
1 avocado
1 bag baby spinach (approx. 70-100 g)
1 tsp AFA-algae
1 tsp Pink Pitaya powder
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Warming Nordic Berry Drink
2 dl hot prepared chaga tea
0.5 dl oat milk
1 tbsp Nordic Berries
1 tsp raw honey
Mix all ingredients and enjoy a refreshing and nourishing drink – perfect for breakfast or as a snack when it's cold outside.
Delicious Matcha/Cocoa Balls
0.5 dl soft pitted dates
0.5 dl dried figs
1 dl activated almonds
0.5 dl cocoa powder
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger
1 tsp vanilla powder
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
Roll into balls and then roll the balls in matcha powder or cocoa powder (it's a matter of taste which one you choose)
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
