With a natural foundation, you avoid chemicals on your skin and instead get moisture and care. Generally, you can say that a powder foundation suits you if you have somewhat oily/greasy skin. Liquid foundation suits you if you have combination to dry skin. Cream foundation suits you if you have combination to dry skin and want a slightly higher coverage. If you have very dry skin, you may need to prime with a face cream or a facial oil.
