Chamomile

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) has an aromatic scent and a mildly bitter taste that many appreciate. Chamomile is a familiar flower in Swedish flora, and a common herb used in herbal teas. As chamomile has a special, slightly bitter taste, it can be excellently mixed with other herbs such as peppermint or lemon balm to enhance the flavor.
