Lion's mane

Lion's Mane Mushroom is called Igelkottstaggsvamp in Sweden. The mushroom develops a hanging mane (hence the name) and is white to yellowish-white in color. This mushroom has become well-known in recent years for its properties related to cognitive ability, mood, and the nervous system.
