Aleppo soap / Laurel soap is a universal soap made from olive oil (olea europa) and bay laurel oil (laurus nobilis) derived from the fruits of the bay laurel tree. The bay laurel tree primarily grows in Syria and around the Mediterranean. This oil-based Aleppo soap has been manufactured using the same method since 0 BC and doesn't dry out either skin or hair. Instead, it helps calm the skin and is perfect for those with sensitive skin, eczema, or extremely dry skin. The soap has a naturally fresh scent from the olive oil and bay laurel oil.
The Aleppo soap base consists of olive oil that moisturizes and nourishes without drying out or irritating and bay laurel oil that is rich in essential fatty acids, making it very gentle and nurturing for the skin.
