Recipe for "Cashew Caramel Cream":
- Soak about 1¼ cups of Cashew nuts for at least 2 hours.
- Drain the water. Then blend with ½ cup Mulberries and ½ teaspoon pure vanilla powder.
- Add a little water while blending until you reach a suitably creamy consistency.
- You can also add 2 tablespoons of Lucuma or Coconut oil, but it's not necessary.

Another recipe is to blend cashews into "cream" with some pure water in a good blender. Wonderful cream that can be eaten with, for example, strawberries.
Recipe for cashew cream:
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup water
- ½ vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon organic vanilla powder
- 1 pear, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey, coconut sugar, or 4 dates - the pear adds a lot of sweetness if it's ripe
and no additional sweetening is really needed.
First blend the cashews, dilute with water and blend again. Add vanilla, pear and sweetener. Taste to check if more water or vanilla is needed.
