Recipe for Goji Balls:
- 2 dl organic pecan nuts
- 1/2 dl raw coconut chips
- 1/2 dl goji berries
- 1 tsp chopped ginger (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- a pinch of salt
- sweetener to taste; stevia, coconut sugar, or honey.
Mix everything in a food processor and roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
