With more than 3.5 grams of protein per tablespoon, hemp powder is one of the best sources of plant-based, high-quality protein. Hemp contains all essential amino acids, important essential fatty acids (Omega 3, 6, 9), and dietary fiber. 250 grams bag.
Hemp Protein Powder
Hemp protein powder contains all 20 amino acids, of which 10 are essential. This is unique for plant-based proteins. Hemp contains the so-called branched-chain amino acids in good balance (also known as BCAA) which are considered important for muscle growth, among other things. It also contains plenty of healthy dietary fiber and the fatty acids Omega 3, 6, and 9. Hemp is therefore perfect for those who are active and exercise.
Usage: Hemp protein has a mild taste and is perfect to mix in smoothies, milkshakes, yogurt, baked goods, etc.

- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- a pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients in a food processor. Take a baking sheet paper. Place a 5-centimeter wide and approximately 1-centimeter high strip of batter on the paper. Fold over the paper and shape into bars. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. In the freezer, they will keep for a month.
Facts: Do not confuse protein powder with so-called "hemp flour" which is ground from unshelled seeds and contains a lot of shell residue. The protein powder is made from shelled seeds, which increases the nutritional content and provides a soft powder. This variety of hemp - which is actually the most common type - has nothing to do with varieties containing THC. They are two different types of botanically related plants.
