Super Greens is an organic powder blend containing wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella, beetroot, kale, and Ceylon cinnamon.

Adult dosage: Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of powder with water or juice and drink as is, mix with juice. It can also be nicely blended into a smoothie.
