Alpha Plus Vegan Omega-3 consists of algae oil containing the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The algae are grown in closed, controlled systems. A daily intake of 250 mg DHA contributes to normal brain function and vision, while EPA and DHA support normal heart function.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
