If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend magnesium lotion. It is considerably milder. It's recommended to vary the application area on the skin for optimal absorption.

Important: After application, you may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue remaining when the solution dries on the skin. This is normal, especially in dry climates and heated indoor areas. If you want to avoid this, apply the magnesium oil 20 minutes before showering; after 20 minutes, the majority of magnesium ions will have been absorbed and you can rinse off the solution. You can also choose to remove the mineral residue after 20 minutes by wiping the skin with a damp washcloth.
