Angel Juicer 8500

Angel has a unique construction made entirely of stainless steel, consisting of a motor unit with two rollers that rotate with a pressure between the rollers equivalent to three horsepower at 82 revolutions per minute. A speed that results in less oxidation and ensures that all enzymes and nutrients in the juice are better preserved.
The juicing method is masticating with twin-gears that cold-press the juice. Angel Juicers were the absolute first to use the advanced dual-gear technology with two gears. These engage with each other and work in two stages. In the first stage, the ingredients are coarsely ground, and in the second stage, the machine literally 'chews' through fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Angel calls this technology 'Shattering Helical Gear' and the result leads to the best utilization of ingredients.

Which one should you choose?
Angel Juicer 7500 and Angel Juicer 8500 S are identical except for the material in the gears, pressing housing, and the cover that protects the gears. These are the components that come into contact with the ingredients and juice.
In the 7500 model, these parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304 (commonly known by its old designation 18/8, 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel). This is the standard steel used in all our kitchen sinks. In the 8500 S model, the parts are made of stainless steel SUS 316, which is more resistant to corrosion. However, both are very durable.
The 5500 model is identical to the 7500 model except that it doesn't have an automatic "reverse" function. This is a disadvantage because it becomes much easier to jam the machine with too many vegetables, fruits, seeds, or nuts since it doesn't automatically reverse, and instead can get more severely stuck. If you have either the 7500 or 8500 S models, the reverse function activates automatically when there's a jam, allowing the stuck items to come loose so you can continue juicing.
The fan runs continuously when the power switch is on in the 5500 model, while in the 7500 and 8500S it only runs when the rollers are turning and automatically shuts off after operation when the motor has cooled down sufficiently.
According to Angel company, they sell most of the 7500 model. It is also our assessment that the SUS 304 steel quality is sufficient for home use, and therefore we recommend the 7500 model.
Cleaning: They are all easy to disassemble and easy to clean.
Dishwasher: Everything can be washed in the dishwasher except for the plastic containers, wooden pusher, silicone seal, and motor unit. NOTE! The plastic containers must be washed by hand.
The Angel Juicer machine comes with 1 cleaning brush, 1 cleaning scraper, juice container and pulp container, plus 1 wooden tamper. See image below the machine. The silicone seals wear with use, so it's advantageous to order some extra ones. This way you can replace them periodically to ensure the connection between the "housing" and the grinding system remains tight. You can find these seals here.
