Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon of liquid (15 ml) per day. Preferably taken on an empty stomach. Can be taken as is, or mixed in cold beverages. Do not blend. Shake gently before each use. Dose using the included measuring cup.
NOTE: Not for pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children.
