Unlike regular ALA, R-ALA is the natural form of Lipoic acid and thus the form that the body primarily wants. This means that the body can utilize it better.
Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon liquid (15 ml) per day which provides 200 mg R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. Dose using the included measuring cup.
