Magnesium Powder Lemon
Magnesium powder contains three different forms of magnesium; malate, taurate and bisglycinate. The powder contains 375 mg of elemental magnesium per serving and has a lemon flavor.
Magnesium taurate is bound to the amino acid taurine and has very good bioavailability. Taurine and taurate are found mostly in our heart tissue and our brain. Taurate is the form considered to be most calming.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium that is easily absorbed by the body. It is bound to the amino acid glycine, which provides high bioavailability as glycine is easily identified and transported through the intestinal membrane by the body.
Magnesium malate is a form of magnesium that consists of the mineral bound together with malic acid. This form has high bioavailability and is an excellent form of magnesium for those who want to increase their magnesium levels in the body.
Adult dosage: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop of 4 g) with 100-200 ml water in a shaker or glass and shake or stir. Drink immediately. Tip: Can be advantageously mixed with Better You Berry Boost powder.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
