Magnesium taurate is bound to the amino acid taurine and has very good bioavailability. Taurine has a relaxing effect on us. Pumpkin seed extract is naturally rich in magnesium and several other important nutrients.

Adult Dosage: Magnesium taurate is best taken with dinner and before bedtime. Take 1-3 capsules daily with evening meals or before going to bed. If you want to avoid the vegetable capsule, the contents can be emptied directly into water or any liquid of choice.
