Mushroom Complex is a dietary supplement with a fine blend of mushroom extracts from Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, and Shiitake, all of which are natural adaptogens. Cordyceps has a natural content of polysaccharides. Reishi contains polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and triterpenes. Chaga has a high ORAC value. ORAC is a value that indicates the antioxidant content of different foods.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules daily with meals. If you want to avoid the vegetable capsule, the contents can be emptied directly into water or any liquid such as tea.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children. NOTE: Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, or people on medication.
