Argan oil naturally contains essential fatty acids and vitamin E, which protects our cells from oxidative stress and can also be taken internally.
Internal dosage for adults:
For internal use, ½-1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml) daily is recommended. Either directly in the mouth or with food.
External use:
Add a few drops to your skincare routine, use as a facial oil or body oil. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and oily skin.
The oil increases circulation and stimulates cell activity while protecting against aging.
