Organic Clary Sage Essential Oil
Clary sage oil is also known as muscatel sage or clary sage. It has a fresh, herbal scent reminiscent of a wood-fired pine forest. The oil is extracted from the flower tops and has different properties than Salvia officinalis (the herb) which is harvested from the leaves. Clary sage is primarily the plant that shamans, for example, use to cleanse rooms of negative energies, and it is therefore also well-known as "clary sage or white sage".
