Usage: Drink as a snack, make a smoothie, or use as a recovery drink after physical activity. Mix with any liquid or directly in a smoothie.
Dosage: Mix 1 serving (1 heaped scoop of 16 g, equivalent to 2 tablespoons) with 2-3 dl liquid in a shaker or blender. For intense training, the dosage can be increased to 3 scoops. The amount of liquid can be varied depending on desired consistency.
