Premium Lactis is a dietary supplement containing lactic acid bacteria S-thermophilus, L-acidophilus, L-reuteri, L-plantarum, L-paracasei, L-casei, B-lactis, L-rhamnosus, B-bifidum and B-animalis, as well as inulin and FOS (fructooligosaccharides) which serve as nutrition for the lactic acid bacteria.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water or beverage of choice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
