PWO stands for Pre-Workout and is a natural energy boost that works equally well before exercise and in everyday situations where peak performance is expected. PWO contains BCAA, branched-chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, a fruit & berry blend with strawberry, goji berries, cranberries, lingonberries, acai, baobab, cherries, purple carrot, blueberries, papaya, guava, panax ginseng extract, guarana extract, beetroot juice powder, green tea extract, and red maca powder. It is sweetened with stevia. BCAA is said to counter mental fatigue and can be an effective tool for enhancing performance.

Flavor: Raspberry Sour.

Adult dosage: For best results before workout: mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 1-3 dl water in a shaker approximately 30 minutes before exercise.

For best effect in your daily life: mix 1 scoop of powder with 500 ml water and drink throughout the day.
