Dosage: 1 capsule per day with food. Vitamin D3+K2 has a slightly smaller capsule that makes it easier to swallow. If you want to avoid the vegetable capsule, you can open the product and pour it into a glass of water, juice or mix it in a smoothie to be drunk immediately.
