Honey is a well-known and important bee product. Less known is the bee glue that seals the hive. Propolis is the bees' own "antibiotic" that protects them against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
Propolis consists of more than 80 natural substances that together create a completely unique product. The composition includes vitamin E, vitamin A and B vitamins, all minerals, and almost all amino acids. It also contains a range of interesting bioflavonoids, which are among our most important antioxidants.
Adult dosage: This black propolis is concentrated as it is an extract, so 1-2 drops per day for 21 days is sufficient. Dilute in a little water or on a teaspoon of honey, hold under the tongue for a few seconds for best effect. It is very strong, so do not take undiluted directly on the tongue.
On skin or gums: maximum 1 drop up to 2-3 times per day. Note! Not in the nose, it is too strong.
Contraindication: Propolis should not be taken when taking antibiotics.
