Sage is a perennial plant in the Lamiaceae family. There are several varieties native to North America, Europe, and Asia. Sage is part of many traditions and is used in cleansing rituals. It is known for its protective properties and brings harmony and positive vibes.
How to use?
- Sage room candle: Let the candle burn for 1 hour when you light it for the first time. This ensures the candle burns optimally, without any waste.
- Sage massage candle: Let the candle burn for 5 to 20 minutes to melt the desired amount of wax. Extinguish the flame and let it cool. Apply the warm wax to the skin and massage.
- White sage incense: Light the sage. When the end of the braid is lit, blow out the flame. Spread the smoke where desired. Extinguish in a heat-resistant bowl.
