Sea Salad is a dried mixture of three seaweeds that is ready to eat and can be sprinkled directly from the package onto salads, vegetables, stews, soups, sandwiches, or in dressings.Sea Salad contains: Dulse which is nutrient-rich and contains high levels of protein, vitamins, especially vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, zinc, and trace elements. Like other seaweeds, it also contains high amounts of iodine and iron.Nori which is a purple-red seaweed in the red algae group. Nori is protein-rich, full of vitamins and minerals such as iodine and calcium.

Nori also contains high levels of potassium, vitamin C and vitamin A as well as many important trace elements.Sea Lettuce (Sea lettuce) which is rich in iodine and vitamins A, B and C.Usage: Sprinkle the flakes directly from the package onto salads, vegetables and soups or use in dressings.Ingredients: Dried seaweed: dulse (Palmaria palmata), sea lettuce (Ulva spp), nori (Porphyra spp). *organic.
