History:
In India, Ashwagandha has been used for over 3000 years in the Ayurvedic tradition and is sometimes called Indian Ginseng. In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is considered one of the few herbs that can be used by all body types (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), making it versatile.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule - 2 times per day with meals. Note: Not for pregnant or nursing women.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

of which withanolides 42 mg
