PollenOptimal is a dietary supplement containing vitamin A, vitamin C, black cumin extract, MSM, sea buckthorn, ginger, isoquercetin, and the enzyme bromelain.
PollenOptimal contains, among other ingredients, ginger, which contributes to normal respiratory function, vitamin A which helps maintain normal mucous membranes, and isoquercetin which is a flavonoid related to Quercetin.
It also contains Nigella sativa (black cumin extract), MSM, bromelain, and sea buckthorn.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules, 1-2 times daily with meals. If needed, the capsule can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled on food or drink. Start with the lowest dose and increase gradually, otherwise stomach discomfort may occur. Reduce dosage if discomfort occurs.
Note: Not for pregnant and nursing women.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
