Holistic Health's VitaminOptimal is a multivitamin in capsule form with added iodine from algae and rose hip. It contains no unnecessary additives such as colorants, flow agents, or fillers.

Consider complementing with MineralOptimal which is a multimineral with trace elements.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals. The capsules can be opened.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
