Facts: After intensive research and hundreds of hours of testing, Dr Antonio Martins developed a complex mechanical treatment process that he patented in 2006. They use a sophisticated system with specially developed microfiltration technology. Over the years, they have developed a complete raw material chain, from cultivation, through harvesting and production to transport and storage, to always be able to offer the world's best coconut water outside of a coconut. They ship the coconut water raw materials to Europe by cargo ships in freezer containers. The bottling itself is then carried out in a finely coordinated cold aseptic process.
