AFA - Aphanizomenon flos-aquae ("invisible water flower" in Latin) is one of the world's most nutrient-rich plants. It is a wild, blue-green freshwater algae, and is considered one of nature's most versatile superfoods by many nutrition experts.

E3AFA from E3Live offers the highest quality available of these algae in dried form. They are harvested under optimal conditions in a nature reserve at Klamath Lake, USA, and dried using a special low-temperature "crystal flake" drying process that ensures nutrients are preserved significantly better than other drying methods.

• Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) and Gamma-Linolenic acid (Omega 6).

• The blue pigment phycocyanin. Phycocyanin can constitute up to 15 percent of the dry weight of a blue-green algae harvest, which is approximately double the concentration of phycocyanin found in green spirulina.

• Bioavailable iron.

• Phenylethylamine "PEA", which is also found in cacao.

Dosage: Start with 1 capsule per day, and gradually increase to 2 capsules or more as needed, based on your individual needs. Take before meals, early in the day with a large glass of water. Do not overdose as this algae may cause "detox symptoms". Remember to drink plenty of pure water throughout the day.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
