Phycocyanin is a powerful antioxidant that gives algae their intense blue-green color. Phycocyanin can constitute up to 15 percent of the dry weight of a blue-green AFA algae harvest, which is approximately twice the concentration of phycocyanin found in green spirulina.
Adult dosage: 2 capsules per day, can be gradually increased to 2 capsules twice daily if needed, based on your individual needs. Preferably take before activities requiring energy and focus. Remember to drink plenty of pure water throughout the day.
