Sage is strengthening and disinfects the scalp, which also contributes to reduced dandruff formation. The essential oil of Rose Geranium and lavender can soothe and prevent dry scalp and dandruff.
Ekendahls soaps are handmade, which means they don't always come in exactly the same shape, size, or appearance.

How to use: Thoroughly wet your hair and the soap bar, work up a lather by rubbing the soap between your palms or apply the soap directly to your scalp. Massage the soap into your scalp and then rinse thoroughly with water. If desired, you can perform an acid rinse after shampooing to restore the pH balance.
During the transition to natural shampoo bars, your hair and scalp may need some time to adjust. Initially, your hair might feel greasy and require more frequent washing. This is because commercial shampoos are highly degreasing, causing the scalp to compensate by producing more oil. However, most hair and scalps adapt quite quickly to a mild shampoo bar.
Care: Take good care of your soap. Let it drain and dry after each use. This will make the soap last longer.
