Fushi's Good Muscle Oil is an organic oil blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbal oils that relieves muscle pain and sore joints. It works excellently as a massage oil after long walks, for leg pain, or after exercise.
The oil contains the famous Ayurvedic Mahanarayana Tailam herbal blend that warms and stimulates while relieving sore muscles. Nutritious plants including roots, seeds, bark, and flowers such as frankincense, holy basil, ginger, camphor, trumpet flower, Indian horse chestnut, and ashwagandha are slowly infused in pure sesame seed oil to effectively utilize their natural phytochemicals and therapeutic properties to create a powerful treatment oil.
The base consists of organic coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, and sesame oil.
Added oils include stimulating rosemary and eucalyptus, warming camphor and black pepper.
How to use: Warm the oil, preferably in a water bath, until comfortably warm and massage into the skin using circular movements. This routine is recommended in Ayurveda, try to do it daily if you can but at least 1-2 times per week.
Scent: Has a natural and strong fragrance from the various oils and herbs.
