Oil of Oregano
Oil of Oregano is a dietary supplement containing liquid CO2 extract of oregano leaves.
A CO2 extract is produced, as the name suggests, through CO2 extraction. This means that carbon dioxide passes through the plant material under pressure and at a predetermined temperature. The carbon dioxide has the same effect as a liquid but remains in gas form. This allows it to absorb the essential oils from the oregano leaf just like a liquid and, thanks to its gaseous state, transport them away simultaneously. When the pressure is removed, the gaseous carbon dioxide evaporates, leaving behind an extremely pure and concentrated extract. This is called CO2 extraction.
The liquid formula is packaged in plant-based capsules for easy intake. The capsule is specially designed to be absorbed by the human body, and the product is vegan-friendly.
