Glimja's B-12 is a supplement based on two biologically active forms in the body of B-12; methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
Vitamin B-12 contributes to:

- normal formation of red blood cells.
- normal function of the immune system.
- reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Adult dosage: 1/2 ml (1/2 pipette) to 1 ml (1 pipette) per day on an empty stomach. Preferably taken in the morning or early afternoon.
For 1 ml: The pipette should be half full (press once) and it is approximately 10 drops.
When loading the pipette, the pipette should be in the product and the pipette balloon should be completely pressed to a point where there is no air in the balloon. The pipette will be loaded to half of the glass tube. When the bottle is almost empty, it might become
become harder to fill the dropper and it may take several squeezes to reach 1 ml/10 drops.
Keep out of reach of children. Not for children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
