About the Cleanse:
We recommend setting aside six days to complete the cleanse.
You can do the cleanse while working or studying, but it's beneficial to have as few stressful moments as possible during this period - give yourself time to relax and do things that make you feel good. You should be completely free for the last two days. It's important to eat as clean as possible during the cleanse; raw or steamed vegetables, fruit, green salads, and green drinks help the body detoxify and give the digestive system a break from harder-to-digest foods. During the cleanse, you should avoid all animal products. You can also choose to eat only fruit throughout the entire cleanse. Read more below.

IMPORTANT! Do not do this cleanse if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a doctor first if you have a history of heart or kidney disease or are taking blood thinners. Note: This cleanse is not for children. You must be at least 18 years old.
What should I eat during the cleanse?
Feel free to eat artichoke, asparagus, avocado, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cherries, figs, garlic, grapefruit, kale, kiwi, onion, papaya, pears, plums, lettuce, spinach, watermelon and sprouts. Good snacks include almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds.
What should I avoid eating during the cleanse?
Avoid meat, gluten, dairy products, sugar, ready-made meals, alcohol, coffee, black tea, fructose, food coloring, canned food, processed food and refined food.
What do I need to purchase additionally?
- Organic fruits, berries, vegetables, sprouts, seeds, and nuts to eat during the cleanse.
- Organic lemons, grapefruit, or oranges.
- 1 bottle of organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
How do I perform the cleanse?
DAYS 1-4 PREPARATION DAYS
During the first four days, take 5 ml of Liver Health and 5 ml of Turmeric three times per day between meals. This totals 15 ml of Livatrex and 15 ml of Turmeric each day. Take the first dropper in the morning, the second in the afternoon, and the last before or after your evening meal. Take 4 capsules of Oxy Powder in the evening before going to bed. During this time, you will use up all of the Livatrex and Turmeric.
Drink water. To improve your water, add one tablespoon of organic, raw apple cider vinegar and juice from half a lemon to 2 liters of pure water and drink throughout the day. You should drink approximately 2-3 liters per day depending on what else you drink during the day.
DAY 5 / CLEANSING DAY
MORNING AND AFTERNOON:
Keep your meals light. For best results, eat only fruit. Do not eat for at least two hours before taking the Epsom salt in the evening. You will not take Livatrex, Turmeric, or Oxy Powder on this day.
EVENING:
Mix the entire package of Epsom salt in warm water and drink immediately. Two hours after taking the Epsom salt, drink the entire bottle of olive oil. Many find drinking olive oil to be the most challenging part of the cleanse.
Here are some suggestions to make it easier:
- Refrigerate the oil for at least four hours before consumption.
- Combine the oil with 100ml of fresh grapefruit juice or orange juice and shake until well mixed.
Immediately after drinking the olive oil, go to bed and lie on your right side with your knees pulled up to your stomach for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, stretch out and rest. If you experience cramps, walk around for 10 minutes and return to bed.
While you sleep, the olive oil helps the flow of bile. This helps flush out toxins so they can be eliminated with bowel movements the next morning. So take it easy and get a good night's rest.
DAY 6 / REST DAY
Take 6 capsules of Oxy Powder immediately after waking up to help your body. Do not eat for one to two hours after taking Oxy Powder.
You may experience increased urination and loose stools, both of which are a normal part of the process.
Take it easy throughout the day and continue eating clean. The most important thing now is that you get time to rest. Consider using this as a starting point to continue improving your diet and eating healthy from now on.
