To provide gentle extraction, Greenstar uses low-speed extraction, only 110 revolutions per minute which keeps the temperature very low. Additionally, the low speed means that very little oxygen mixes with the freshly pressed juice, which would otherwise cause oxidation and significantly reduce the nutritional value of the finished juice.

Why "only" a 165 W motor?
It may seem contradictory that a 165 W motor can be effective when most juicers on the market have a power rating of over 500 W.
