The best grounding comes from bathing in the sea, lakes, or streams, but the ground in all its forms also provides access to Earth's unlimited resources of negatively charged free electrons and energy.
Earthing, grounding, or 'jordning' in Swedish means having direct skin contact with the earth. When it's impractical to walk barefoot or bathe in seas and lakes, there's an effective "substitute" such as grounding sheets for your bed.

How do I connect the sheet?
The sheet connects to a grounding rod or grounding clamp using the included cable. In Nordic countries, only two methods of grounding are recommended for this product:
With grounding rod, the cable to the grounding rod is 15 m long, so it's often possible to place it outside the house and run it all the way up to the third floor - provided there's a flower bed or lawn outside, that is. The grounding rod is not included in this set and needs to be purchased separately.
With grounding clamp, if you have water-based radiators in your apartment, you can ground through these. You'll need to purchase a clamp that you attach to the water pipe of your radiator. Make sure to

Scrape off any paint on the pipe so that it's bare metal, attach the clamp and connect the sheet to it. Note! In modern houses, water may flow through plastic pipes instead of metal pipes, and in such cases, this method won't work.

Care instructions for the sheet:
Premium sheet should be washed on delicate cycle or hand washed at 30-60 degrees with color detergent. The sheet only needs to be washed 2-3 times per year.
No bleach, whitening detergents, or other chemicals should be used as they may reduce effectiveness.
We recommend using the lowest spin speed, then hang it to dry.
If desired, you can iron it at medium temperature (synthetic setting).

Can you connect the grounding cord directly to the ground in a wall outlet?
No, you cannot. If you are not a trained electrician, do not experiment with the electrical system. It can lead to electric shock. There may also be stray currents that can cause disturbances in the body.
Will grounding affect me negatively if I'm taking medication?
If you are taking medication to thin your blood or regulate thyroid hormone levels, you should consult your doctor before starting regular grounding. Grounding can affect thyroid function, so if you are taking thyroid medication, you may begin to experience symptoms of overdose. The same applies if you are taking Warfarin or any other blood-thinning medication. Therefore, it is important that you consult your doctor first and monitor your blood carefully during
beginning of the grounding period until your doctor determines that the medication level is correct. There is a risk of experiencing excessive blood thinning otherwise.
I get restless legs when I ground myself?
If you feel worse when you start grounding, we recommend reducing the number of hours you are grounded to 1-2 hours initially and then gradually increasing the time over approximately 2 weeks. Your body will then adjust and symptoms like restless legs will disappear.
Some people worry about lightning striking the ground wire during thunderstorms.
We recommend disconnecting the ground wire from the grounding product during thunderstorms and not using it as a precaution.
Can I put the grounding rod in a flower pot or balcony box and get good grounding?
No, this is not possible. For grounding products to work, the grounding rod must be pushed into the earth so that free electrons can travel up from the ground, through the cord to the sheet, mat, or body band. However, you might consider grounding your
