Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day. The capsule is small and easy to swallow. You can also bite or puncture it and squeeze out the oil.
Dosage for children under 12 years: 1 capsule. Pierce the capsule and squeeze out part of the content into the child's food. A few drops of lemon can be added for better taste. Alternatively, they can bite a hole in it and spit out the shell.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
