A daily intake of 250 mg DHA/EPA contributes to normal heart function. One capsule of AlgOmega3® provides this amount. DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules per day. The capsule is small and easy to swallow. You can also bite or puncture it and squeeze out the oil.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 capsule per day.
Dosage for children under 12 years: 1 capsule. Puncture the capsule and squeeze out part of the contents into the child's food. A few drops of lemon can be added for better taste. Or they can bite a hole in it and spit out the shell.
