Application tips:
Upper lid:
For a basic liner, start in the middle of the eyelid as close to the lash line as possible and work towards the outer corner of the eye. You can end the line at the outer corner or extend it slightly upward to create a wing. Then gently work the line toward the inner corner of the eye.
Lower lid:
Place the pencil as close to your lash line as possible and slowly draw a thin line from the outer to the inner corner.
