Holistic Chromium is a dietary supplement that contributes to normal blood sugar levels, GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor), and normal metabolism of macronutrients. The product provides chromium in the form of chromium picolinate.
You can find the mineral chromium naturally in foods such as broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, green and yellow peas, soybeans, dark chocolate, walnuts, mushrooms, apricots, and meat. Chromium deficiency can lead to symptoms such as reduced glucose tolerance, weight loss, and neurological changes.
Adult dosage: 1-3 capsules per day.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
