Femme Paus regulates and balances hormonal activity, promoting hormonal health and balance.
Femme Paus contains:
- Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
- Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Zinc helps maintain normal bone structure, skin, hair, and nails.
- Red clover and hop extract that support a calm menopausal transition. Red clover and hop extract (Lifenol®) contain phytoestrogens and are clinically tested and proven to improve sleep and reduce sweating/hot flashes.
Dosage for adult women: To achieve full effect, we recommend taking 3 capsules distributed throughout the day for at least 3 months. After that, when symptoms have decreased, you can reduce to a maintenance dose. Reduce by 1 capsule at a time and listen to your body. Everyone is unique and needs to find their own balance.
NOTE: If you are taking estrogen supplements, we recommend consulting with your doctor before taking this supplement.
