Helhetshälsa uses OptiMSM® which is distilled and of premium quality. It is easily soluble in liquid.
Adult dosage: 1-4 capsules 1-2 times daily. Start with the lowest dose and work your way up to a dosage that feels right for you. The capsules can be opened but MSM has a bitter taste.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
