Helhetshälsa Vitamin D spray is a vegan-friendly dietary supplement containing the active form D3 from lichen. The product features a convenient spray that's perfect for children or adults who don't like capsules. The bottle provides 150 sprays of 5 micrograms (200 IU) each.
Adult dosage: 2-5 sprays/day.
Child dosage: 2 sprays/day. Spray on food or directly into the mouth. An appropriate dose for children is 10 mcg/day. The package will then last 75 days.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Content per 2 sprays: Vitamin D3 10 μg (400 IU) 200%
Content per 5 sprays: Vitamin D3 25 μg (1000 IU) 500%
