Holistic Pollenzym

Holistic Pollenzym is formulated to provide support during the pollen season with a focus on the upper respiratory tract, including the sinuses.

This supplement provides especially good support for:

• Pollen allergies or other allergies.
• Respiratory tract and sinus issues.

It's recommended to start taking it 2-4 weeks before the pollen season. Can also be taken immediately when pollen problems occur. Pollenzym contains Vitamin C, bromelain, superoxide dismutase (SOD), ginger extract, quercetin, red algae extract, and kelp.

• Bromelain is valued for its anti-inflammatory properties and thus provides support for allergies.

• SOD is an enzyme naturally present in the body where it functions as a powerful antioxidant.

• Ginger helps maintain optimal function of the upper respiratory tract and protects the respiratory tract mucous membranes.

• Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps protect cells against oxidative stress, and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. It is advisable to add more Vitamin C since two capsules only contain 20 mg.

• Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that increases the absorption of Vitamin C.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule twice daily or as recommended. Best taken between meals. Preferably start 2-4 weeks before the pollen season. Can also be taken immediately when pollen problems occur. For increased support needs, the dose can be increased to 3-4 capsules/day. Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Contraindication: Allergy to any ingredient. Use with caution when taking blood-thinning medications, especially

Warfarin. When taking Aspirin and similar medications, a lower dose of Pollenzym can be taken. Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ingredients: bromelain, superoxide dismutase (SOD), ginger extract (rhizome) Zingiber officinale, quercetin, red algae extract (Chondrus crispus), kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum), ascorbic acid and rice bran as filler. The capsule is made from vegetable cellulose from trees.
