Holistic Solroslecitin

Holistic Solroslecitin has a high content of phospholipids, which constitute a central building material in the body's cell membranes. Cell membranes consist of approximately 30 percent phospholipids and an additional 20 percent of other lipids, such as cholesterol and glycolipids.

The product contains approximately 60 percent phospholipids in the form of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidic acid. Holistic Solroslecitin consists of natural, unbleached lecithin powder produced from non-genetically modified sunflower seeds. Choline contributes to maintaining normal liver function as well as normal homocysteine and fat metabolism.
