Important considerations during cleansing: It is essential to let the body rest from unnecessary strain as much as possible. The cleaner and simpler the food you eat during this period, the better results you will achieve.
Equally important is sufficient rest and moderate exercise. Try to move for at least 30 minutes per day. Walking in nature is healing and cleansing on many levels. The absolute best form of exercise for body detoxification is jumping on a trampoline - but any type of movement is beneficial.
To support the body's detoxification, try to eat:
- Raw organic vegetables - especially green leafy vegetables.
- Fruit and all types of berries.
- Pure water - preferably 2 liters per day.
- Good sources of protein: nuts, seeds, beans, buckwheat, quinoa etc.
To support the body's detoxification, you should avoid:
- Refined foods in general (processed foods etc.).
- Refined carbohydrates (bread, pasta, white rice, sugar, candy, etc.).
- Unhealthy fats (fried and especially deep-fried food, margarine, chips).
- Alcohol and Tobacco.
- Reduce or completely eliminate meat consumption.
Adult dosage: 2 teaspoons 2 times per day for 3-6 weeks. 2-3 times per year. Take between meals. Mix in a glass of water and drink. Then drink another large glass of water. Start with ½-1 teaspoon 1-2 times per day and gradually increase.
